1. Payment & EMI

• You agree to pay the full amount at the time of enrollment via UPI, card, or EMI through Razorpay.
• If you choose EMI, you agree to the EMI terms of your card provider or bank.
• EMI plans are processed by third parties. SmartInfo Class is not responsible for bank charges, interest, or failed EMI transactions.
• Any disputes regarding EMI must be raised with your bank, not SmartInfo Class.

2. Refunds Not Allowed (including EMI)

• You agree that your purchase is final.
• No refunds will be given for any payment method, including Razorpay EMI.
• Refund requests raised through card disputes/chargebacks may lead to permanent suspension of your account.

3. Disclaimer on EMI Approval

• EMI eligibility depends on your bank or card issuer.
• SmartInfo Class does not guarantee EMI approval.
• If EMI is denied, full payment is required to enroll.

4. Agreement Confirmation

By making a payment via Razorpay (including EMI), you confirm that:

• You understand and accept our No Refund & No EMI Cancellation Policy
• You are solely responsible for repayment of the EMI
• SmartInfo Class will not be liable for any EMI-related issues post-purchase
