📌 No Refund Policy

All course purchases (live or recorded) made on SmartInfo Class are non-refundable, including payments made through EMI options via Razorpay.

Once the payment is processed—either full or EMI—you will not be eligible for:

• Refund (full or partial)
• EMI cancellation or chargeback

This applies regardless of whether the course is completed, partially accessed, or not accessed at all.

📌 EMI Cancellation Policy (Razorpay)

• EMI plans selected through Razorpay are issued by banks or credit card providers, not by SmartInfo Class.
• EMI once processed cannot be reversed, even if you wish to discontinue the course.
• EMI interest or processing fees (if any) are borne by the customer.
• If you wish to cancel the EMI, you must contact your bank/card provider directly. SmartInfo Class cannot intervene in this.

⚠️ EMI once approved will continue as per the lender’s repayment cycle. SmartInfo Class does not offer EMI refunds, cancellations, or replacements.

🔁 Transfer Policy

We may allow one-time course transfer to another batch or course (of equal or lower value) only before the course starts, and if you haven’t accessed course material. EMI will still continue.
